did you get them all bleed out. they have a kit so you can bleed out the master into itself so you can get most of the air out . then i would bleed out each corner.

if theres a new way, i'll be the first in line. it better work this time

so you got fluid to come out of each brake set as you bleed them? is the master cylinder used? maybe its bad.

Just wondering, did you change the proportioning valve also? If not, the discs won't get correct pressure. Also, the master cylinder has to change for the discs. My understandings is a drum master cylinder won't push enough volume to operate discs. If you use 4 wheel discs, you need a proportioning valve and master cylinder from a 4 wheel disc vehicle. If you use front disc rear drum, you need a disc/drum master cylinder and proportioniong valve. Also, I would suggest going power if you have discs. Just my :2cents: .

you definately need a proportioning valve set up for your current configuration of discs and drums. If you have disc fron drum rear, you can use the prop valve from a 73-79. If you have 4 wheel disc,I don't know exactly what valve to tell you to use.

I LOVE YOU. how is that for mushy. brakes that is. yes you need the porportioning vavle for disc / drums when you do this swap. i am not sure this is the problem but it could be.

that could be a different deal than disc drums/ the front disc nedd a different pressure than the rear drums do. i would make a guess and say that the disc disc would need equal pressure all the way around.

I agree. The disc/disc would need higher rear pressure than rear drum. The drum/drum prop valve won't allow enough pressure to push 4 wheel discs I don't think.

Oh, and by the way 427blackpearl, are you going to the F100 Nationals show in Knoxville at Chilhowie Park? Us guys that are going plan on meeting up with one another somewhere at the show. Let us know if you plan to come.
