Anyway, I currently have the '71 pedal swapped into the '67 bracket. It ends in exact the same place as the '67 pedal I had on before. While the pedals do curve differently, they end up in the same place. The only significant different is the brake light switch.

That's a point not mentioned. The brake light switch system is different from the '67 and the '68 and up. The '67 uses the car style switch mounted on the pin holding the rod to the pedal. The '68 and up use a plunger switch on the pedal with a stop bracket on the pivot assembly.

If you put a '68 and up pedal in the '67 pivot assembly, there's no stop bracket to push in the plunger on the brake light switch. I can't remember if that bracket is bolted or welded on.

If anyone needs verification that Power Steering components from a 73 or 74 ford f250 4 wheel drive can swap over to a 67 2WD with a 352 in it...i can help. They have been working well for 7+ years now.

Hey Springville! I'm near St.Greorge. Central to be more exact. 17 miles nort west of St.George on Hwy 18. I've worked at a place down here for 12 years that maintains our headquarters in springville. RedCliff Ascent ( wilderness program for youth at risk) It's in that old Jefferson School building at the south end of town.

Well what a small world it is...So I've met you it would seem.
I used to work in enterprise...and I remember a couple of people coming by our youth program to look at a white truck topper that we had for sale around the back side of the building. My self or only one other guy would have shown it to you. Hope it has served you well.

I have a couple of buddies that have become pilots in the last few years...great gig. One of them is flying tours over the Grandcanyon. I used to fly Ultralights with my father. Great times....and now with the advent of the the "Sport License" I'm thinking of getting my wings.

What about 73-79 parts? Will the 73-79 pedal hangar bolt into a 67? I can find those and use the whole setup... if the hangar bolts in.

Is the bracket holding the booster to the firewall the same for all years or is this another unique to 67 and everything else item also?
