Will it work? Front end and brake swap from a crown vic

Post by wasgas »

I have been told that the front end of a crown vic is an easy swap for a 1967 is this true? I have never liked the old drum brakes and not to fond of the Ford Twin I beam either. Ours is all wore out so we are thinking of buying a doaner car for our F100 street buildup, any ideas will be appreciated.

There are a couple of swap projects on here. Check this one out:

2006 Mustang GT (Wife's)
1962 Comet Custom (Wife's)
1971 F100 2wd Prerunner Project (Daughter's)
1971 F250 4wd "The Beast" (Son's)
2007 Toyota Tundra 4wd. (Credit Union's)
Seriously, the best truck I've ever owned, without exception.
