what springs are you running

Post by Jarred Hodges »

I have a 71 f-100 swb in need of some new rear springs. If I put 700 or so pounds in the bed it squats pretty bad. I was wondering what springs you are using. I was thinking of some from an f-250 if they will work. I know it will ride rougher.

Why wouldn't you just ad a leaf or two to the existing spring-pack? I don't think f-250 springs would fit since I'm pretty sure they are wider than f-100 springs.

Just swap a set of f250 springs right in. They're the same width. Or add leaves to your f100 packs.
