Ok, here's another one:
1972 F-100, 4x2, 390V8, power steering and brakes (drums on all 4 wheels). FROM DAY ONE that my dad bought this truck he said it exhibited a pull to the right under moderate to hard braking -- to the point where you have to put in a little left-steer to keep the truck going straight while under braking. And it still does to this day.
I remember him telling me the dealer tried many times to correct, and it's been to several shops over its lifetime to correct the pull, to no avail.
The truck sat for about a year so about two months ago I replaced all four wheel cylinders, brake shoes, rubber brake lines (kept the frame-mounted steel ones) and the master cylinder (new, not rebuilt), and the vacuum brake booster (it had started leaking). Still pulls to the right.
Doesn't pull at all under normal driving or under light braking -- only when moderate to heavy pressure is applied to the pedal.
This one's been a head-scratcher for almost 40 years. Any thoughts?

Re: 1972 F-100 4x2 - Front Brake Pull
some causes of brake pull are . bad tires. wrongly adjusted front brakes. wet brake shoes. wet with brake fluid on them or other oily chemicals.
