Coilover shocks

Have any of ya'll had any experiance with the coilover shocks? I stripped my truck to the frame and I'm thinking that's what I'm going to go with. It eliminates a good deal of weight as far as hangers and spring towers and I think will look alot cleaner underneath. The ones I'm looking at are made by afco and have 9 inches of travel up or down. Any thoughts?

I have Monroe coil-over shocks on the rear of my '63. They are a very good shock.
