Does anyone know of a place that sells them? If not, I'm sure I will not have a problem getting some at a salvage yard.

I may not be looking in the right places, but are you able to buy the park brake lever and the other park brake piece for the drum brakes? Here is a picture:

i'm sure you can get them at a junkyard. i have some off. and a quick search of the parts stores on line may turn one up. but i'm not sure the parts stores have them.
