help with djm relocator

Hello guys,

I am trying to install tie rod relocators. Can anyone tell me where to place the washer? (star washer came with the relocator)

where you have it is the only place the outside serated area will make contact with anything.
Anywhere else and there wouldn't be anything to prevent the adapter from rotateing.
Just my thought. Call DJM and let them tell ya.
