individual suspension on 74 ford f100 truck

i wanted some advice
i have a 74 f 100 and im planning to upgrade the front suspension, i was thinking on installing individual suspension , i would like to know if is possible, and where to get the parts,and i how to do it kind of video or link with info, if not what would be a recomendation?.

i have seen this kind of work but only up to 54 f100 truck
any ideas

Unless it's a 4x4 it already has individual, (independent), front suspension.
