Power Brake Booster

In the interest of stopping....

Rather than going to the salvage yard, can I buy a reconditioned or new power brake booster from Autozone? I understand that I might need a bracket too? Would that come with the booster or would I still need to go to the salvage yard?

The mounting bracket is a junkyard item.

You can buy a new booster but ya might have this problem:

When junkyard hunting, grab the threaded end if it has one.

If you need the brackets, Keith sold me a booster that was leaking and hooked me up with anther one so I have a set of brackets I do not need, pm me if you need them.
