Cracked block

Post by troy »

Hello,

After pulling the head on my 68 240cid 6 it looks like the block itself is cracked.
Any one know a good spot to find a replacement motor.
Either used or rebuilt?

Thanks

Try your local craigslist, the 6's show up regularly in my area on there, or try a salvage yard.

I believe the 300 was the same block now might be a time to upgrade to a little more power and torque.
