leaky master cylinder

the problem i have is the cap on my M/C is leaking. the complete brake system is brand new bled 3 times because i thought mabey uneven pressure or something. it only leaks when i step on the brakes . any ideas

the valve inside the master cylinder is bad and not making the fluid go to the wheels. instead it comes out hte top.

it stops okay and it is brand new?

i get fluid to all four wheels could it be a bad prop vavle?

no its not the pro valve. the master has a valve inside of it that decreases pressure to the front brakes. if that valve is leaking past it will still stop but it will let the fluid leak past and back into the master and pressurize the master resivior. this is on a disc brake master i think.
