Another brake/ steering quesion

Post by Texas69 »

Installed new suspension on my 69 F100 from 73 F100 donor. Basicly every part is new except I beams and radius arms. I didn't get the from brake line brackets though. Are the 73 brake brackets shorter that might explain why the new brake hoses dont look like they will fit. Last of all I have not converted over to power steering yet, still have old manual gear box but the new 73 steering linkages. Do I need to C/O the old pitman arm on the manual box to the pitman arm from the power box? :?

the manual pitman arm wont fit the power box from a 73 and the other way around . the 73 brakeline brackets should work with the 73 new brake lines. as far as hooking up the steering linkages to that pitman amr i bet it will work. give it a try.
