Need help the floor of the box doesn´t looks good!!

Hello as they will greetings to all I´m new in this forum and i´m very happy as part of the.
I need help to repair the box of my f100 because the floor isn´t looks right, it´s ondulating!
They need change the floor or may be repair the floor?

Looks like someone has slammed someting heavy down in the bed a few times. You might be able to pound it out from the other side. I don't know maby someone else will be more helpful.

Thank´s for the anwer, yes i think that´s ondulation they are a lots hours of work in the bed, charging and transporting something
