captive nuts

Ran across these the other day and thought they might be a useful item for some areas on our trucks like the rad support. They are 5/16 unc square nuts with a clip.

those might replace the ones in the fender and core support.

Those look exactly like the ones we use in our Server Racks here to secure the servers.

The warehouse I work in has some that are similar and they are for working with unistrut.

CNH is Case New Holland. Implement Company. International Harvestor Ford New Holland, has had many names.

I bet you can find them at and John Deere or Agco dealer as well.

I had a look through the deere book but haven't come across one in that style in their system yet.

You can sign on here and look up parts by specification or application even on some off brand stuff. A lot of stuff here relates to automotive/truck as well.
