i live in missouri i have a 1968 f100 that is my first truck me and my dad are going restore. right now it is down to just the chassis. i race bmx, and my family runs a bmx track in kansas city. im going to swap my stock 360 out with a bigger 390. im going to sandblast the frame pretty soon and i was woundering if any one knew where i could find a gas tank to put in the back of the frame instead of the cab

welcome from nebraska...some one on here will probally have a spare in frame gas tank. If not look around for a 67-72 ford truck usally the camper specials had the spare tank.
I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.

I never relized you and lance were that young

btw you are looking to add a gas tank in a different area...like one that fills from the bed like this

a piece of advice would be to install the accuall tank and skid plate while you have the box and body of the frame.. it can be done with the cab on but you will need to remove the box.

But if you have any questions feel free to ask on here... and everyone will try to help you
