Another Henry Ford Faithful
Hey There,
This site is such a huge wealth of information, I'm glad to now be a part of it. I am truly a Ford fan. In addition to the 1970 F100 short bed I just picked up, my Father and I are in the middle of a frame off restoration of our 1930 Deluxe Coupe. I love Henry's Model A's. I am a member of the Sacramento Capitol A's, check out our web site!
As for the F100, it has a 302 small block and C4 transmission (which I will be rebuilding in a couple of weeks, I'll let you know how it turns out). I have rough plans for hot rod truck. 347 stroker ??? I will lower it a little for a more aggressive stance. Baby Moons on some nice tread. A lot of custom work in the interior (I won't give too much away here !!!!).
Anyway, it is a rolling, daily driving, project so I'm sure it will take longer than I like. And I just about have a rolling chassis with my Model A, so the body work will be next, we hope to have it finished this summer!!
Thanks for reading this,
Chris
