That looks GREAT! It looks well porportioned to me! I'd drive it the way it is!!

Remember, taller tires (and probably a bit wider) will put less weight per square inch of tire on the ground and could cause you to lose traction easier on wet roadways. If my truck looked that nice I'd hate to have a mishap with it! I'd hate to have a mishap with any vehicle, but as a driver that has had a "wider tires look nicer on my car" hydroplaning accident I learned to stay with a tire as close as possible to the original size tires on any car I own.
Too many projects, too little time, but.. lovin' it!

Yes, and remember, you might also need snow tires and possibly tire chains for the winter season.

When I was a boy I can remember my dad had the <(edit) studded> snow tires stored in the garage throughout the summer. I believe he took them down and had them mounted on the car's rims at the first sign of snow.

I see new or like new tire chains at the local Salvation Army and Goodwill stores here every so often. So far I haven't needed to have any down here, but I have had to use an ice scraper on my windshield and windows in a vehicle I had no heater in back some years ago.

Hey Mike...

If yer movin' to snow country...
you might wanna re-think the idea of fillin' up yer wheel wells with rubber.
You need a little extra clearance so yer chains don't beat the crap outta yer fender wells.
I have seen a few nice rigs get seriously tore up that way before...

If your bringing that truck up north I'd say buy a POS to drive in the winter months. The salt and/or calcium they put down on the roads up here with destoy your truck in a few years.
Do what you want for tires, but park it for the winter... :2cents:

hello,
If it was mine i think i would run 32x11.50-15 tires on 15x10 steel wheels. But if you need it to function well in snow i would go with a set of skinnies on the wheels ya got. I had a toyota with 33x12.50-15 on 10 inch wheels, it looked awesome but was awful in snow, after i hydroplaned into a tree at 45 mph (the tree won!), i will never use wide tires on a daily driver again.
