Hello Everyone
Hi!
My name is Steve and i just registered to this site a few minutes ago,
I aquired a 70 bumpside,,shortbed, 2wd, 302, auto, f100, air, 100% stock all the way down to the hubcaps ! I am now looking into building it, its white with black interior and has 48k miles. I simply fell in love with the truck when i saw it for sale and knew i was going to be taking it home with me. But then to my surprise i found there was not much aftermarket following as compared to the same era chevys, so i came to the conclusion i needed to start communicating with others who love there bumpsides too. My plan at the begining was to convert it to 4wd but i am totally amazed how it drives as a 2wd, though the trucks look well......... "like a truck" its a shocker driving one, no air leaks, no rattles, steers and handles like a car, in my opinion far superior to a same era chevy trucks, im totally amazed these trucks are not more popular than they are. At this point i am strongly considering staying 2wd.
Well enough about me, I hope to get involved in your site and the knowledge and advice i get will be much appreciated. Thanks for welcoming me to your site.

Ford had this "bull-by-the-horns" from early on with twin I-Beam and coil suspension.and handles like a car, in my opinion far superior to a same era chevy trucks,
