Tail light lenses
Are the '67 tail light lenses the same all the way to '79?

nope, just to 72, even the tailight lenses are different from 73-77 then 78-79

Bumpside and dentside lenses are completely different and non-interchangeable:

If you wanna get technical, there are two taillight lenses used on bumpside trucks. The '67-'69 truck used one, the '70-'72 used another. Each has their own part number. The only difference, aside from the PN cast into the lens, is that the second generation lens included a drain for moisture along the bottom:

However, if you're looking for something a little different, you can use a '65-'66 lens. Those years didn't have the clear back-up light lens incorporated into them. (Of course, you'd have to rig up some other kind of back-up light.) Here's a comparison of the two:

I knew the '66 would work, it's just that I've seen quite a few dent sides around here with weeds growing around them. From a distance they look like they might be the same, but putting them side by side shows a big difference. Thanks Keith!

i noticed on my old 75 that the lense itself comes off, on my 78 and 79 the whole shebang comes out kinda like the new ones
