Hello,
I was wondering can I take the brake setup from a 76 F-250 and install it on my 67 F-250?

yes and no. the rod that goes between the brake pedal and the power booster is shorter on a 67 it is the only year that is shorter. you will have to change the brake pedal and bracket to make it work. but the brake pedal and bracket must be from a 68-72 truck. unless you want to modify the brake pedal from the 76. you have to grind down the tube part of the attachment pivet to make it fit in your current brake pedal bracket. wow did i cover it all. oh you will also have to figure out a way to reattach your brake light switch to the new brake pedal they are also a one year only item. the quickest way to do that would be to use the switch on the 76 pedal and wiring plug. that should be everything.

What about the rotors? Will I have to do anything special to them?

if you do a disc brake swap into your truck you will need the i beams the discs the brake hose brackets the springs and spring holders the everything really and the master cylinder from the 76. it is a disc drum master so it is different from the drum drum master you have on your truck now. you will also need the propotioning valve from the 76 its not the same as our trucks and is made for equalizing the pressure from the drum and the discs.

You do NOT have to swap I-beams and spindles, provided your donor truck has removable caliper brackets and dust shields. The light duty F250's had one piece spindle/caliper bracket combo's so if you have one of them, then you will need to swap spindles and I-beams. Get the brake hose brackets of the donor.
For F250's with the bolt on caliper brackets, just remove them from the donor, take all the brake hardware off your truck and bolt the 'new' pieces on.
