New guy from Alabama....Now with Pics!!
Hello everyone, my name is David Willingham and I just found this site looking for parts for my 1967 F-100 that my Grandfather bought new. I am a die-hard Ford truck guy and have been all my life. I have owned many Ford trucks over the years and now have four Ford trucks. I just bought my Grandfather's 1967 F-100 from my uncle, which I have just started restoring. My Grandfather passed away in 1998 and my Uncle got the truck. It had never sat outside until he got it. He let it sit out for the last 9 years. It is in very good shape and only needs repainting and a few items replaced.
I also have a 1975 F-100 4x4 with a 390, a 1974 F100 Dragtruck with a BBF, and my 2001 F-250 PSD daily driver. My wife drives a 2005 Ford Freestyle, so I am all Ford. I have a few questions that I will ask in the proper category. Thanks in advance!!
David Willingham

Welcome to the site and you have found the correct place ask any questions regarding the 67-72 "bumps". This is a very knowledgeable site and the people are very freindly. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do.

re: New guy from Alabama....
Thanks guys, I'll get out there and take some pics of the '67. As far as I know, there has never been a picture taken of my Grandfather's truck. I wished I had one with him in it, but there are none.
On another note, I seen that Keith(Fordification), is on the 460ford.com forum. That is where I hang out the most. I am a 460 nut. I have them laying around everywhere and do custom work on them. My primary focus is dragracing and I do a lot of mods to the block to make them live. I have my own CNC machine shop, so working on these things are much easier.

It is a good feeling to have grandpaws truck. The 67 I own was bought by my papaw new as well. I wish mine was in as good of shape as yours. Good luck on getting her finished.
By the way... Go Vols!! (Sorry I couldn't resist)

JWW, I am a 'Bama fan, but nowhere near the extreme as most people are. I usually don't even watch the games unless I have nothing else to do. However, I have stayed in Gatlinburg, TN (my favorite place) many times when AL and Tenn played each other. It gets pretty wild there before and after the game!! I would love relocate to the Smoky Mountains when I retire. Maybe Townsend or Wears Valley.

I don't live too far from Gatlinburg. I've stayed in Wears Valley area a time or two when we get a cabin. That area is nice.ProF100 wrote:JWW, I am a 'Bama fan, but nowhere near the extreme as most people are. I usually don't even watch the games unless I have nothing else to do.
