Stress tear on cab

What would be the best method to repair this tear on the cab?

I've seen a ton of bumps with that same problem. I mig welded it up on one truck I fixed up and it hasn't cracked again yet.

Drill a small hole in the end of the crack before you weld it up to prevent it from cracking more later on. :D
