pedal question

Post by 69bumptruck »

I bought a '77 F100 Ranger today. I'm using the chassis for my '69. My '69 is currently set up with a 3 speed manual. Am I going to be able to use the pedal assembly from the '77 (auto) without any problems? Thanks, and I'm just gettign started on this, so there will probably be more questions as I go. :D
I know you guys like pics, so here's a couple of the donor truck.

If your going to go back to the 3 speed, you'll have to use the pedal assy from the '69 or you'll be short one pedal. Will it fit? I dunno :hmm:
In life many men take the path of righteousness, some take the path many others follow (G.M. owners, for example), some take a more arduous path, some a simpler path. I, sir, took the PSYCO-PATH!!

Definately not going back to the 3 speed. Wife wants an automatic in it so she can drive it. :D
Thanks for the link fordman  , doesn't sound too bad. I think it's worth a shot.
