I have a 1969 F250 2WD 390ci with strange manual transmission that has an extraordinarily low first gear.
Is there a bolt-in replacement for a bendix power steering gear box? The bendix remanufactured boxes are very hard to find and cost 600 dollars. On mine, the input shaft is worn so simply replacing the seals isn't going to work even if I could find a seal kit.
I was hoping a saginaw might bolt right in but they appear to have different lengths and of course I have no idea if the bolt holes will be the same.

the saginaw will fit right in but you might need a shorter steering column. you will need the saginaw from 68 up to mid 70. because in mid 70 i think it was they had a change on the steering linkage and the pitman arm was changed to fit the mid 70 and up newer linkages. and possibly the drivers side engine perch. or make a notch in the one you have now.
