weight of a disc brake supension

Anybody know the weight of a Front disc supension F-150 78???

Probably about the same as a F-250 250lbs

I would think its less afterall its a half ton setup you cant use it on a 3/4 ton so it lighter imo

In looking at both setups there might only be 10-15lbs difference. My

i think that the disc front end with everything hoooked to it including the calipers would be about if not a few pounds heavier than a drum front setup.
i know once you get the front end out from under the frame it is basically two big pieces. the tie rods split from the drag link and goes with the drivers side and the drag link goes with the passenger side.with the springs and all of that attached i can pick up one half of the front end and load it into a bed of a truck. so i would have to say it got to be near 200-225 pounds for the whole setup.

thats what my thoughts were around 200 the f250 is a much stoutter setup beams and radius and spindles hubs are heavier.
