I removed the studs from my radius arms, had some new studs made, then had them welded back in. You have to make sure you grind out enough of the weld, and grind deep enough. Then try beating on the threaded end of the stud with a large hammer to break it loose, then once it is broke loose it will come out by beating on the un- threaded end using a suitable drift. Let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks for the response, I appreciate it.
I ground out the weld on the split side of the arm throughly, however the back side of the arm looks like it has been pinched welded to the bolt also, found this to be quite frustrating(ready to just live w/the corrosion the way it is).
You say If I hit hard enough on the threaded end it I will free it ?
I will give it a try

Thanks

You will need to remove the weld on both the split side and the side that is plug welded. They are welded deep into the bolt. On the side that was plug welded I drilled several large holes into the weld and used a grinder to remove the rest of the weld. You will need to remove all of the weld. On the split side I used a hack saw to cut along both edges of the split. You won't need to remove all the weld on the split side just make sure you saw deeper than the bolt surface.
