Brake Fluid Leak

Post by bulldog »

In my 69 Ford F100, I've got a break fluid leak around one of the rear wheel cylinders.
The leak is definitely not from the brake hose, tube or tube connector.
What are the chances of fixing this without completely replacing the wheel cylinder?

I changed the one on my 79 Bronco in about 10 minutes total. Didn't even have to completely disassembly everything. Just the 2 springs on top.

That is a well spent $10 over rebuilding them and taking the chance of them still leaking.

Yeah new is way better, esp if you don't have a hone. A good Hone will cost ya $20.00.
