re: 4 link rear suspension question
i would prob get a kit from summitracing.com. they all work pretty much the same. you just need to the the angle and weld them in. overcoils work better becuase they can be ajusted but air bags should work fine. not sure what your runing for a motor. you plan on lowering it and doing somthing with the front.

if theres a new way, i'll be the first in line. it better work this time
1970 crewcab 393w afr heads, 6 speed, turbocharged, 6 piston calipers 13" rotors on all 4 corners

re: 4 link rear suspension question
w/ the front i plan on going w/ drop i beams and 6 cyl. coils...the motor...now this should be fun....i havent decided yet its not gonna be an everyday truck that is for dang sure but WHEN im done w/ it i want it to be nice and fast...it had a 302 out of a 82 mustang but blew the whole motor shattered the block....everything.
....i was thinking about a 351w stroked out to a 393 or 408/418....or go w/ FE w/ 390 stroked or something like that...i live in el paso and there isa good engine shop here called THR (texas hot rods) they are some good people when it come to building a motor!....but id like to be able to run 12's when im done....so any help thanks

re: 4 link rear suspension question
This is a universal kit from Total cost, I had this kit in my truck for a long time until I decided to build my own. Works great never had problems with it, the only thing I would change if using air bags is to run a longer
pan hard bar to reduce the amount of side to side movement when airing up and down you air bags.

the cross member or coilovers. They pretymuch fit any truck that has a
straight frame section were the link brackets mount, it also includes a bracket that bolts on to a ford 9" wich will let you mounts the panhard bar. I don't know the price any more since I bought mine 7 years ago.
If you give them a call and tell them what truck it's going on they can help you get what you need. If you get the tryangulated kit it will require more welding than the one in the picture above. If I get enough people that want a four link setup then I can build some to our truck specks and make them a true bolt on kit.
