tail lights
hey guys just something i was wondering about on these old flairside trucks. i was just wondering how a set of tail light off a late 60s and early model 70s. beetle would look on the fenders of these trucks. just something i thought about.since the fender are rounded almost the same way. just an idea. THANKS

Depending on what angle you are from the rear, the bed would block one of them.
Not to say it hasn't been done before. I've seen tail lights frenched into the fenders. Just wondering if you'd get a hard time over it from some vehicle code and bored officer.

I think It could look pretty cool, especially if you used the early style that are a solid red, or maybe even some '32 Ford style tear drop lights? As far as being blocked, I'm not sure why. I haven't paid too much attention to the back of a step-side in a while, maybe I'm forgetting something.

I had 74 vega tail lights, 69 cheby step side, they looked good but was blocked from sides.
