rust problem

does this look fixable to you guys or am i going to have to get a new bed :cry:

Anything can be fixed with the proper application of time and money...looks like you'd at least need a new bed floor and the front support. However, considering how plentiful these trucks really are, you'd probably be better off just finding another bed. Heck, just find yourself a good parts truck for a few hundred, keep the box and part out and sell the rest. You'd probably be able to make up what you paid for it, making it a freebie for you. :D

the truck was basically a freebie to me. had to put up a fence for it. That is a good idea though. but trying to convince my mom that another parts truck won't be just another pile of junk sitting on the property won't be easy. My football coach has a bunch of 67-72's so i'll see if he can give me one or something.
