west coast mirrors

Can anyone tell me the correct spot to install west coast mirrors on the door of a 71. I just baught a pair of them to replace my one stock sport mirror and need to know where to mount the brackets in order to make them look like stock mirrors. pictures and measurements would be a help. Thanks.

You'll also need four of these special bolts for the top door mount (Barry's #3 photo). Here's a photo. You'll probably have to get them from a wrecking yard.
