Hey guys...I'm looking to see if anyone has info on an 80's or early 90's F-150 chassis swap. I've seen fopar's write up on a 98+ but can't find anything on the model / generation prior.
I have access to a 88 F-150 4x4 that I'd like to swap under my 1970 F250 Camper Special (both are long beds)
In anticipating notching the cab for wider frame rails, adjusting the wheelbase slightly, and possibly notching a bed support to align body lines between cab and bed.
Anyone have any additional info?

If you have the trucks side by side, spend some time measuring stuff to see how it'll fit up before committing to it.
