New mirrors

Post by Mancar1 »

Well I may miss the rear view that the West Coast Mirrors afforded me, but these new sport mirrors, (they be the good metal ones), do not block my forward view and my 12' carport seems much wider now  Took 24" off the width. I will just have to get used to the itty bitty mirrors.
Here is a pic of before and after.

Getting used to the new mirrors, and the visability forward is great. No more worry about pulling into carport and clipping a mirror. I recommend this mirrors from LMC.

Mancar, where did you get them? I have the one that came standard on the driver's side, thought about getting another from the junk yard for the passenger side. I have seen them, too, in the catalogs, including one in Mac's that has the convex mirror for the passenger side.

I must admit even though I really like the sport mirror look. I put my West Coast Mirrors back on.
My eyes kinda prefer the rear visibility of the bigger mirrors.
Turns out that safety wins out over the sport mirrors.
