Here is my '70 F250 Highboy that I recently acquired and plan on painting and putting back to stock stance. I just bought some stock steel rims and ordered a set of 7.50-16 Interco Bias Ply tires for it (they actually shipped today from Nebraska Tire in Firth, NE). The body is in good shape except for the floor of the bed, but I just took a road trip up to SW Virginia and picked up a perfect bed to replace it with and a set of stock West Coast mirrors (really want it to look like the maroon Highboy in the 1970 brochure I attached in this post).

Okay, so I realize I had the last post about my '70 F250 "highboy", but over the weekend I found a sweet '70 F100 that I couldn't pass up. I may sell my highboy now, but that is yet to be decided. My new F100 is on a 1979 frame and drivetrain with a built 460 under the hood, 4:11 gears, NP435, NP205 t/c, p/s, p/b and not a speck for rust anywhere. The previous owner who build the truck also had just added 35x12.5 M/T MTZ on M/T Classic III rims. She rides and handles like a dream and I got her for a steal for this quality of a truck. I am in shock that I found it within 150 miles from ATL and that I could get the money together before it got away from me. You can probably tell that I am stoked.... can't help it, I love it!

Waiting for some new stainless acorn nuts for the mirrors and a few other minor things, then it's off for a good run!
