If I am reading this right, You want the measurement from the center of the bolt hole on the front spring mount to the center of the bolt of the rear hanger where it mounts to the frame. Is this correct? I can get that measurement in a bit when it gets a little lighter outside.

On my 71 F250 4X4, I measured 52.75" center to center from the front spring mounting bolt to the rear spring mount at the frame. My front spring mount is a bit "wallered out", so the measurement may be off just a tad. By compensating for the wallered out front mount, it looks like the proper measurement might be 52 and 7/8". Maybe someone else can get a more accurate measurement for you.

That is where I took my measurement from, but like I mentioned, my front mount hole is wallered out a little bit. It looks to be wallered out by approximately 1/8", but 52 and 3/4" is what I'm measuring on mine.
