Anytime is good for me. Keep in mind though that I work off-shore and I'm on call 24/7 so it's hard for me to plan anything. As long as I'm here though I can show.

Re: Houston Bumpside Club?
It sounds good to me as well, but things have been very busy with me and my new girlfriend. We've been a couple for nearly two months. She loves my truck and my Mustang, so I'm thinking she's a keeper! We've just been spending alot of time together outside the garage, so I haven't had time to put the finishing touches on my truck yet. Keep me posted on events and I'll try to make it if possible. ![Thumbs up ](./images/smilies/icon_thumright.gif)

Re: Houston Bumpside Club?
My truck is my main transportation(daily driver) and it needs front brake work. I am either going to attempt replacing the cylinders this weekend and assess what else it needs or take it to the repair shop on Monday. I also may attempt removing the intake/exhaust manifolds this weekend or let the shop do it on Monday. Then at some point I want to find out what kind of carburetor it has and if it needs rebuilt. Perhaps get one of the spare carbs rebuilt. In other words I am willing and able to meet on the 28th as long as the truck is all together enough to make the trip. I have already driven it to Uvalde and every day in fact.
My kids are on spring break now so they should be back in school on the 28th. I will if at all possible force my wife to go with me but if not I may have an retired uncle of mine that would like to go. Yall talking about Brehnam right?
Shiner or Shulenberg or somewhere might be better. Shulenburg is halfway between houston and san antonio (100 miles)and only 80 miles from austin.
Brehnam is midway from Austin to Houston about 80 or so miles but 150+ from San Antonio. ![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
Heck if yall want to plan this for the summer that might be good. Perhaps we can get a large group to go and try and make it an annual event!

My truck won't be ready by then, but I love the Shiner idea! If not for this meeting, then maybe for a possible future meeting? Shiner has a beautiful municipal park that would be a perfect setting! It has restrooms, playground equipment for the kids, and even camping spots. There's some restaurants in town and it may even be possible to do the brewery tour if anyone is interested. Just an idea. ![Thumbs up ](./images/smilies/icon_thumright.gif)

Brewery tour sometime soon would be cool for me. Not this upcoming weekend though...

Re: Houston Bumpside Club?
Sorry for any confusion. This Saturday, the 26th is the day. I'm game to get together. Anyone else available? Lunch at Hooters in Katy? Or someplace more tame if anyone wants. Anyone interested?

Re: Houston Bumpside Club?
Sorry Boss, heading to Austin this weekend. We should keep pushing it though. I guess the timing just isnt right at the moment. There are a couple cars show and swap meets coming up that would make a good meeting place.
