photo shop or???

what are anyone's opinions on what program to use for pictures...i see a lot of photo shop, are there any others better and what are the costs? thanks jt

Resizing or editing?

If you just want to resize picture use microsoft paint. It's on your computer already.

If you want to edit pictures nicely then photoshop will certainly get it done. But expect to pay a couple hundred dollars

Try GIMP. Its free and has most of features of photoshop. Just type in GIMP on google or search engine and download.
