We need more info. Manual or power steering, tire size and condition, any recent work or damage done to the suspension?

Are you hauling anything in the bed when this happens?

just rebuilt the entire front end a month ago, not hauling anything, and has power steering and has brand new tires all the way around.

That sounds like alignment to me. Anytime you replace front end components you change the steering geometry and it needs to be brought back into spec. Just my opinion.
