Any ideas?

Post by fordamericana »

I have shortened my column, and removed the boss for the column shifter as I have made my truck a floor shift automatic using a mustang t-handle shifter.

Now I have to figure out what I'm going to fill that hole with. First thought was JB Weld, as I doubt that would shrink and ruin any finish I put on the column... Anybody out there in ford land got any ideas or experience with this? :D

A correct size freeze plug, then the JB Weld or equivelent epoxy, sand, primer, paint.
