Backing plate on ibeams for drum brakes

Backing plate on ibeams for drum brakes
ok so i have removed all the bolts and nuts from the backing plate except the 2 bolts on the bottom of plate. these are stuck and i cant get them to break lose any ideas on how i can get the backing plate off so that i can get it off

soaking the thrreads in penetrating oil. or heat the spndles around the threads.

Ive had luck with heating the bolt good and hot and letting it cool off few hours before trying to pull out, give it a shot of penetrat before trying to turn. Also like fordman said and when youve heated the spendle around the treads put a piece of ice on the bolt to cool it and make it contract and it should turn out for you.
