does anyone know how to get a rotor off if it is rusted on, i have sprayed wd-40 on it and beat it with a hammer for about a week, and it hasn't budged,,

did you make sure all the nuts holding it on are removed? I think there might be 2 large nuts holding the bearings in. one acting as a locknut to the other (someone correct me if I am wrong).
and you know someone will post saying to use PB Blaster instead of wd-40.
I'd say use 2 large prybars on the backside, but thats just me.
In life many men take the path of righteousness, some take the path many others follow (G.M. owners, for example), some take a more arduous path, some a simpler path. I, sir, took the PSYCO-PATH!!
You might try using PB Blaster instead of WD-40. (Sorry Mike, couldn't resist!)
I'm assuming you're talking about a brake drum and not the rotor. You might want to try backing out on the brake shoe adjustment. If the drums are worn with a groove and the shoes are adjusted out into the groove you'll have problems.

I don't know it the same holds true for 4X4's, but the drums on the 2WD's are pressed onto the hub. You have to pull the hub and have the hub pressed out with a press, or beat the ***** out of it with a big hammer to get the two separated.

i removed the screws, it is a drum, not a rotor(i'm not that stupid), and have tried the two large screwdrivers but it just flexes and stays stuck on the axle head. i guess i will try some pb blaster. the left side came off with just a little tug

I take it then that these are rear drums?
If you are positive that you have retracted the shoes all the way, and it still won't bugde you may want to rent a drum puller, basically a big 3 arm puller. You may be able to borrow one from Advance Auto or Auto Zone.
P.S. In your original post you did refer to it as a rotor.

ok,first(i did this) when you hit the center of the axle did you hit it dead on straight or did you graze it? When i was taking my RH Rear off I Grazed It and ended up swelling the axle. I then had to grind the axle end back a little until it cam loose. And yes the RH Side still works.

If it moves but won't come off, it's like Keith said. It's the brake shoe hanging up on the grooved drum. You'll have to either back the shoe adjustment down, or else keep pulling until something breaks. Been there, done both.
but did we remove the oil/grease cap/4x4 (if it is the f250 4x4)Diff Locking unit? And the cotter pin and nut cover and nut? the outer bearing has to be remove each time before the drum will com off.

I Had the same trouble with my 1970 Ford F250, In fact I chiped my drum and had to replace it.
You have to take the grease cap off and then the the big nut in the Hub off (It can be a B***H to get at if you dont have the right tool) after you get all that off, the Hub and drum will come right off (so will the bearings)
