disc brakes on a 67 f100

disc brakes on a 67 f100
I did a quick search but couldnt find much. I had a disc brake front end given to me. can i install it on my 67 f100 which has drums on the front?

You didn't specify but assuming that it is from an 79 or older than it works. That is on American/Canadian trucks. I'm not sure if the Australian trucks are the same as ours.

thanks everyone.
Im not sure what year the donor truck was and i cant really investigate untill i return to Australia. Ill have to source a brake booster unit as i didnt take the one of the donor truck cause it was rusted .

SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!
Many Ford bumps / one 76' EB / and several dents through the years.
A lot of "oddball" Ford parts collected from working on them for 34 years now!
