Try the 73-79 LMC catalog. I think I saw them there, but I'm not sure if they will work?
I know someone with more expiriance will jump in soon..

Just an FYI: If you're just fixing your truck to be a daily driver, you can easily do your own brake lines. Any decent auto parts store will sell steel lines in various lengths, which you can then cut and bend as needed. I was able to completely replace every brake line on my truck for less than $30 in just a couple afternoons. You'll need a double-flare tool set though, to properly flare the lines.

Keith, I have to admit you did a great job on those brake lines..
If I redo my lines, I'll most likely make my own ones..

in mid 1971. at serial number m00,000. ford started the change over on the trucks to start gettign them ready fo rthe newer style pitman amrs and steering linkages for our trucks. that linkage ws used in the next generation of ford trucks 73-79. in 73 the trucks could come with disc brakes. and maybe some of the 72's. also. when the trucks got disc brakes there was a brake hose bracket change. that happened in the 72 trucks as well. possibly at the same serial number change but i cant confirm that. so with the newer style brake hose bracket. the brake lines. are slightly different than our trucks. so a 73-79 truck brake lines are going to be what you want to get. but you may hvae to adopter to a proporting valve if you go with that year of brake lines so you dont have to remake those lines going to it.

Hey Fordman, my 69 F-250 CS has front discs and I can't find any match for prebent brake lines. Are the lines for a F-100 the same as an F-250? Seems like there may be some differences there. NPD has listings for 67-70 F-250 long and short bed, Power drum or manual drum, but no power disk. Would I still need to look at 73 F-100?

Faltura, you can probably go with the 67-70 lines.

The disc brake bracket is close to the same location as the drum bracket, so it make take a little "tweaking", but I think that's probably the way to go.

That sounds good to me. Do you know if there is a difference in the F-100 and F-250? I guess that the power brakes vs Manual are the difference in the master cylindar fittings?

i think the only difference in f100 -f250 is the size of the line nuts going to the master cylinder. but alot of trucks had different sized nuts.usually the new master cylinders come with extra adapters so nut size doesnt really matter if you have adapters. the only other thing i cna think of right now. is the disc brake system had a mini proportioning valve behind the engine crossmember. so those lines will be different in length. longbed and short bed should be different lines for both f100 and f250 i would think. as far as using 73 and up lines. if you you the 73 and up pro valve everything should match up and work. the disc brake hose brackets are abotu 3-4 inches taller than the drum brake hose brackets. and come to think of it those brackets being taller wotn hurt anything. because the older lines would be longer. so if you used the longer lines with the longer brackets a slight bit of bending would work out fine. one thing you couldnt do without extending the lines is not use the short brackets and the short lines. everything would be too short. i will give this some more thought.

if your just doing it for a daily driver. bleed the brakes. if you find a leak buy the length of line that you need to replace the leaky line. if you are replacing all of them go to the parts store and buy about 9 3 ft premade straight lines and on 2 ft premade straight line. then remove your lines on at a time and bend the straight lines to fit exactly the same as the old ones. just get the corect size line. i cant remember which size without going out and looking.
