16.5 stock rims modified to 16" or 17"

I am curious if any one does this modification or heard of it? Can it be done? I want to keep my stock style rims, but don't want the 16.5 rims. I would like to go up to 17" if possible. Any ideas or companies doing this would be awesome. thanks

You can't modify the rim itself, but you can easily bolt on stock 16" wheels.
