ford f100 frame vs. chevy c-10 frame

i just scraped my 67 f100 swb frame..plan on bagging the truck so i wanted to start fresh with a box tube frame and control arm front suspension,....whats the difference between the swb 67-72 frames and 68-up swb 2wd c10 frames as far as width and length??....dont really care as far as mounting because i'll make my own body mounts anyways, i'm thinking of a fully boxed frame w/square tubing n maybe a c10 front end set up with control arms...any suggestions?

Depending on what years you are refering to, there may be some difference in width.
