Will all Ford 8 Lug wheels fit?

I read that Ford went Metric in '96. Does this mean that all 8 lug wheels will work before then will fit an F250 bumpside?

i think they went metric in 97 on the f250's. so yes they will fit up to then. i have a 94 wheel on my 71 trailer. it fits fine. but one thing that is different. is the wheel studs on the 71 are shrorter and i think the lug nuts arent quite right for the wheel. but it fits the hub.

'97 and down eight lug wheels should work.

As an added bonus, ALL YEARS Chebbie and Dodge eight lug wheels will also use the same pattern. You just have to be sure the center holes are big enough for your hubs. If the wheels are aftermarket they should fit.
