Nice. Stepsides are the best. Do you like those mirrors? It looks like the rear bumper needs some attention.

Re: Little Red Truck ('67 Stepside)
The mirrors are nice. They are exactly like the ones that used to be on my '84 Ford Bronco II. I might stick some little round spot mirrors in them just to increase the visibility of my blind spots. I HATE blind spots and not being able to see what is next to or behind me. I am spoiled by all the big mirrors on 18 wheelers I suppose. I am not in love with that bumper. I don't know if I'll replace it. I think maybe an older style steel bumper with a heavy duty tow hitch would be nice. I probably won't be towing a lot of weight but I don't want to be limited by the bumper rating.

not too bad. the doors are nice. late model bench seat. no headliner or trim. vinyl home made cover for the dash pad but doesn' fit very well. home made black carpet on the floor. aftermarked steering wheel and floor shifter. I'll get some more photos soon.hotrod ford wrote:how does the inside look?

Shrtbeds weren't designed to tow a lot of weight. The wheelbase stability just isn't there. You could put a frame mounted hitch on it probably, but go easy with it.dolinick wrote: I am not in love with that bumper. I don't know if I'll replace it. Re: Little Red Truck ('67 Stepside)
I would like to sell the red truck and also my '71. I have already sold the stepside bed on the red one. And I started parting out the '71. The only bump I intend to keep for the moment is the '68 F750.
I need to downsize and reorganize my life if possible. I just got married May 1st. We just got a 1999 suburban for family road trips and also for my wife to commute to work with until we get a more economical vehicle for her.
The 1994 Ford Crown Victoria served us well but we will be selling it as well. It just has too many miles on it and needs major front end work, radiator replaced and overdrive fixed.
I also want to sell my 1992 Chevy pick-up. It is an awesome work truck with only about 56,000 original miles on it!
so my vehicles after reorganization will be this:
1968 F750 (project: no registration or insurance yet)
1974 Chevy Nova (for cruising)
1982 Chevette (electric project not running)
1999 Chevrolet Suburban (family vehicle)
