Drum brake rebuilding

Do all the springs in the drum brake wear out? I see they sell all of them in the catalogs but wasn't sure if that was to replace broken springs or if they actually wear out and require replacement.

When you do a brake job it's best to replace all the springs and hardware.
Springs do get fatigued over time.
