They are out there... just scored one from a '78 at the wreckers. They don't get handed to a guy any easier than this; no engine or dash in the way :thup: Just have to change the collar to the old style before I throw it in the '68.

i can get oen newer style off of a 80 something truck. the one with the plastic tank. i looked at it on wendesday. it was complete.

I'll have a look at dad's '85 4x4 to see if lines and pulley will work with something like that.

How about a 4 spd tilt column??

I wish...
These columns must be neck and neck on rarity if not desireability. I've haunted the wrecker I got it from for about twenty years now and have found a fair amount of rare stuff there.
